About Me
Welcome to my classroom. I believe that your scholar(s) are the leaders of tomorrow, I strive to develop the whole child within the classroom setting, by providing opportunities for academic, personal, emotional, and social growth. I began teaching through volunteer service for my community as a child serving others through first aid training, working with the Lions Club camps, scouting programs, and 4-H programs. Developing students to their fullest potential is my greatest joy.
My personal life includes a wonderful husband and four grown children. I have earned multiple degrees that enhance my teaching skill set and have written workshops that enhance youth and adult leadership and personal confidence. My pass-time includes scouting, primitive camping, backpacking, reading, the arts, sewing, and horseback riding.
